Know Before You Go: What's On The Property
- Premium Concrete RV Sites: Our Premium pull-through sites are the top-of-the-line option at the resort, featuring 45′ x 18′ concrete pads, each site at least 100 feet long, with full hookups and 20/30/50/100 AMP electric service. These sites offer beautiful waterfront views of Merritt’s Mill Pond and full access to all resort amenities.
- Deluxe Concrete RV Sites: Deluxe pull-through sites feature a 40′ x 16′ or 36′ x 16′ concrete pad with full hookups and 20/30/50 AMP service. Like all sites, they include access to the pool, clubhouse, dog park, boat launch, docks, laundry, and our white sand beach.
- Standard RV Sites: Standard pull-through sites offer a grass and/or gravel pad with full hookups and 30/50 AMP service. A great option for budget-conscious campers who still want access to everything the resort has to offer.
Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom luxury cabins accommodate up to 4 guests and come fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, private patio, electric, and internet. Just steps from Merritt’s Mill Pond, these cabins give you the full resort experience without an RV.
Park model units are apartment-style accommodations that sleep up to 4 guests and include a separate master bedroom, living room, full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, air conditioning, heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A great fit for extended stays or guests looking for more space and comfort.
Our rustic fishing cabin sleeps 2 to 4 guests with a full bed and either bunk beds or an air mattress. It includes a full bathroom, air conditioning, heating, a small fridge, a microwave, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Perfect for a cozy weekend retreat on the pond.
Designated tent camping areas provide a traditional outdoor experience with access to shared bathhouse facilities. Stays are limited to 7 days or less. Please review our tent camping guidelines before booking.
