Where are you located?
Florida Caverns RV Resort is located at 4820 Highway 90, Marianna, Florida 32446. We sit just off US Highway 90 near I-10.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations that are cancelled two days or more before the check-in date will be charged a $10 cancellation fee and will have the remaining balance paid as Camp Credit for a future stay. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged the full amount of the reservation balance with no refunds.
Is there a limit on how many people or pets can stay per site?
Yes, sites allow up to 4 people and 2 pets. Additional fees apply for extra guests or pets beyond that.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved ahead of time.
Are there any RV restrictions?
We don’t allow cargo trailer conversions. All units must be certified RVs. Monthly stays have stricter requirements, so if you have any questions about whether your unit qualifies, we encourage you to contact our office directly.
What size or type of RV can you accommodate?
We can accommodate most RV sizes and types, depending on site availability.
Do you offer hookups and AMP service?
Yes, all of our RV sites have full hookups (water, electric, sewer) and AMP service. The AMP service differs per site:
- Premium RV Site – 20/30/50/100 amp service
- Deluxe RV Site – 20/30/50 amp service
- Standard RV Site – 30 and/or 50 amp service

Are you pet-friendly?
Yes! We’re pet-friendly and even have a fenced dog park on-site. We do have a few guidelines to keep all guests and pets comfortable and safe. For full details, check out our Rules & Policies page.
Do you offer any discounts?
Can I purchase a day pass to use the pool?
The pool is reserved for registered overnight guests only; we don’t offer day passes for pool access. However, we do offer day passes for Merritts Mill Pond, including kayak and canoe rentals, so day visitors can still enjoy the water!
Do you offer day passes for Merritt's Mill Pond?
Day passes are currently $10 + tax. This gives you access to the pond for swimming and our front docks for fishing and swimming. Please note that day passes don’t include access to main resort amenities like the pool, clubhouse, or putting greens.
How much are kayak and canoe rentals?
- Single kayak: $10/hour or $52/day
- Tandem kayak: $20/hour or $62/day
- Canoe: $10/hour or $52/day
All rentals must be returned by 4:30 PM, which is considered the end of a full rental day.

Florida Caverns RV Resort is located at 4820 Highway 90, Marianna, Florida 32446, in Jackson County in the heart of the Florida Panhandle. We sit just off US Highway 90 near Interstate 10, approximately two hours west of Tallahassee and 90 minutes north of Panama City.
