Become a Work Camper

Florida Caverns RV Resort at Merritt’s Mill Pond is looking for dedicated, friendly work campers to join our team in Marianna, Florida. Whether you’re traveling full-time in your RV, snowbirding in the Panhandle, or simply looking for a meaningful way to extend your stay, our work camper program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a welcoming resort community — right on the banks of one of Florida’s most beautiful freshwater springs.

Available Positions

Florida Caverns RV Resort is actively recruiting work campers for the following roles:

  • Groundskeeping — Maintain and care for our outdoor spaces, keeping the resort clean, safe, and welcoming for guests
  • Rounds — Escort, assist, and check on guests throughout the property

We are looking for candidates who bring strong customer service skills, some RVing experience, and a friendly, can-do attitude. Intermediate-level skills relevant to the role you’re applying for are a plus.
