Got a tent and a sense of adventure? We’ve got 5 dedicated tent camping sites ready for you. Whether you’re bringing the whole family, rolling in with a scout troop, or just craving some fresh air and quiet, this is your spot to get back to basics and enjoy the great outdoors.

We’re located right off I-10 in Marianna, FL – close enough to grab everything you need, far enough to feel like you’ve really gotten away. And with so many great local attractions nearby, we make the perfect home base for exploring the best of North Florida.

Our resort has everything you need to make your camping trip an unforgettable adventure. All the best amenities are right at your fingertips, with scenic views of Merritt’s Mill Pond just steps away, where you can go for a swim or paddle as soon as you wake up. Here’s what our camping sites have to offer:

Tent Camping Guidelines

All stays must be 7 days or less.
Only camp in the designated tent camping sites.
Only 1 tent is permitted per site.
Only 1 vehicle is permitted per site. Vehicle camping is not allowed. Any vehicle camping must be done on an RV pad.
Only 4 guests are allowed per site to prevent overcrowding. If more than the permitted number of guests are found per site, you will be charged a fee.
Fire pits and wood can be rented/purchased as add-ons when you book. You may not burn wood from anywhere else.
AC units, space heaters, and generators are not permitted at the tent sites.

Only 1 pet is permitted per site.
Do not leave pets unattended in the tents.
Please review our pet guidelines.

Make sure all garbage has been taken to the dumpsters before leaving and before dark.
All food must be stored in your vehicle overnight and at any time you are not present at your site due to the possibility of wildlife activity.
Please do not wash any dishes in the bathhouse or in the tent site. Go to the office for keys to the clubhouse kitchen for temporary use.
